Ready Education’s Chief Services Officer, Dr. Melissa Harts is focused on the exemplary service our teams provide to our clients. Through her leadership, we strive to empower our clients to get the most from our products and services to support student and institutional success at their institution.

Melissa has deep expertise in client experience and support management; change management; and strategic technology implementation and integration in Higher Education. She oversees the Client Support, Onboarding and Implementation, as well as Professional Services functions at Ready Education. 

Throughout her career, Melissa has held numerous leadership positions, including as Chief Transformation Officer at Anthology, Senior Vice President for Technology and Distance Education/CIO at Pasco-Hernando State College, and various senior roles in K-20, along with experience as an educator in both secondary and higher education. 

Melissa holds an Ed.D. in Educational/Instructional Technology and an M. Ed from Teachers College at Columbia University, a master’s degree in Journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and a B.A. in Media and English from Fordham University. She and her daughter reside in Florida.
