Throughout his career, Chris has spearheaded financial operations for rapidly scaling SaaS companies. With extensive experience navigating complex M&A transactions and post-merger integrations, Chris ensures smooth financial transitions while prioritizing a seamless customer experience. 

Prior to joining Ready Education, Chris led the financial operations at a VC-backed learning management system that successfully exited to a leading customer success platform. 

Chris has an MBA from Rutgers Business School and currently resides in New Jersey.
