With over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources, Michelle is passionate about people. 

As Chief Human Resources Officer at Ready Education she is responsible for overseeing Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture, Benefits, and Compensation. Michelle develops and executes strategies and processes that align with corporate goals, creating and deploying effective internal and external communication strategies during critical business transitions.

As a results-oriented and hands-on HR Executive thriving in a fast-paced global environment, her track record includes proven success in leading the HR function through company acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to joining Ready Education, Michelle served as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Luminex Home Décor & Fragrance. She has also held pivotal HR roles at Blyth Inc., which was taken private by The Carlyle Group, and PartyLite Worldwide.

Michelle graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s from Curry College. She currently resides in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
