Steve Pawlish is a seasoned technology leader, dedicated to driving innovation and excellence as Ready Education’s Chief Technology Officer. 

Steve has over 30 years of experience in a wide array of business sectors. Before assuming his current position, Steve was VP of Engineering at Brightcove, where he led multiple teams delivering 1000’s of years of video content daily to viewers around the world. Prior to Brightcove, Steve led engineering teams at Ellucian which built and maintained Ellucian’s Ethos integration solutions, as well as Ellucian’s API, cloud data storage and analytics teams. 

Steve’s broad software development experience also includes supply chain management at Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software and Manugistics), website development at the National Institutes of Health, User Interface development at McAfee, treasury risk management at BankBoston, and satellite scheduling software at Raytheon. 

Steve has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Colorado. He currently lives in North Potomac, Maryland with his wife and two children.
