Your Client Success Manager
Your Client Success Manager will help you make the most of your Ready Education solution.
Key aspects of their role include:
Helping with goal planning
Hosting best practice sessions with fellow clients, such as monthly Office Hours
Supporting development of an annual plan for success
Communicating regularly about resources, tools, and tips
Supporting conversations related to your contract renewal and potential additional services or features that would be beneficial to your institution and students
